Pollock Krasner House

You probably know about this one, if only because of the highly Instagrammable foam smiley-face slippers you have to wear on Jackson Pollock’s famous paint-splattered floor. I feel like this summer tickets will be a hot commodity, with excitement mounting for the Met’s big October show on Pollock and his wife Lee Krasner. Maybe the Met will do a replica of the studio? Visits are reservation-only, which means you usually have the whole place to yourself and it feels very contemplative.
